I have had health problems recently and am being looked after extremely well, with all necessary follow ups. Everyone involved has been so helpful. Thank you.

The telephone appointment system is still very frustrating. I drive to the surgery now to make appointments. Eg endlessly being told you're 6th in the queue and never moving forward is not good for the blood pressure!

I had to ring a couple of mornings at 8.30 to get an appointment which is frustating Everything else was OK. I was seen on time and all questions answered

Maybe more staff to answer phone as each time I had to wait 30 mins to speak to someone.

The receptionists have always gone above and beyond , to the point Ive bought them wine to say thank you ! They try so hard to help and have always delivered, I’ve had many doctors as moved around and they have always been as helpful as possible. Go Yapton staff ❤️

To get to see a doctor you have to either queue outside the surgery early morning or ring after 8.30am For a consultation on that day otherwise it’s usually about 2-3 weeks wait. I’m afraid there is no personal experiences nowadays with the gp I moved to this surgery last July 2023 and I still have not seen my registered gp.
