I had to get a relative to make the appointment on my behalf as I am already teaching by 8.30am A quick and professional service. The practitoner I saw was warm, knowledgable and thorough.

This appointment was arranged by the GP as a follow up to treatment received at St. Richards. When I previously tried to secure an appointment myself, there were delays of weeks. I accept that the colleague is only available on Thursdays and that he is much in demand. I repeat my rating above that the colleague, John, was very helpful and gave very sound advice.

See above re: availability of appointments. I am very disappointed that the practice does not provide ear irrigation to remove wax deposits. In past years I have often received this treatment and, formerly as a teacher and now retired and an active musician, clear hearing is crucial.

The doctor was pleasant and I didn't feel rushed. As she prescribed a blood test, I saw the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful.

Only less wait for appointments- (around 3vweeks for doctor then another 3 weeks for blood test).
