Appointment requests are discouraged and we are advised to use econsult. On this occasion the receptionist was very helpful as it was my first time using the surgery. Sll the staff were very pleasant. Many thanks

I didn’t stay long enough to notice how clean the surgery was and I booked in without speaking to reception staff.

Appointment itself was productive and (hopefully) useful, with the doctor being very friendly and approachable.

Telephone waiting times are pretty absurd just to try and book an appointment, then to be redirected to a website form instead.
