Amazing support from start to finish, reception staff, Doctors, all very attentive, professional and helpful. Missed an appointment recently by 10mins however, and got told to rearrange - couldn't be seen after the next person was done. Although, I've had to wait 30 to 40mins to be seen before, so perhaps I will use the same logic when the practitioners are running late. Got blood tests done in St Richards, took 3 minutes, in and out. Wait times to speak with someone on the phone can be up to an hour - not 8am to 11am.

Came in for a blood test. It was a pleasant easy procedure. The nurse was very caring and efficient. She made sure I was OK with needles and not worried about anything. She was very competent and I was in and out the surgery very quickly.

Not a thing! My appointment was so quick and easy. Booking the appointment was easy too. I was third in the queue. It helps greatly to be told what number you are in the queue so you know whether to call back later.

All staff very friendly & helpful. I always feel listened to and are happy with the care I receive when attending.

Sometimes the call queuing on the telephone is extensive but this is just the volume of callers
