From the reception staff to Doctors , and all medical professionals ,I have found them all to be helpful, informative and most of all polite and of pleasant in manner. Whether by phone or face to face, help and assistance has been very professional. Consequently I can only praise them highly. Thank you.

Really difficult by phone as you can be 25th in queue and have a long wait to speak to anyone. I have experienced the line going dead after waiting a long time

The receptionists are always friendly and attempt to find early appointments. Usually I have had to wait over two weeks.

The surgery is doing as well as it can under current pressures.
