Having a telephone system that doesn’t ring us like having a chocolate teapot. The receptionists can easily ignite a small flashing light..

I found it far better to come to the surgery and talk to the receptionist about appointments and concerns

Nothing except the doctor did tell me he was going to call me last night to get a blood pressure update, but didn’t call.
