I needed to get a mole checked and told the receptionist this. I was given an appt at Yapton with a physician associate although I was told it would me a doctor She referred me to the mole clinic at Middleton. This visit took all of 30 seconds and I didn't feel the examination was at all thorough. I had to take time off work twice, and drive extra miles.

Make the correct appointment in the first place. Encourage doctors to communicate better and give the impression they've taken enough time to be sure of their diagnosis.

Each time I have needed to contact the surgery I have received first class service from all the staff and doctors if you are prepared to wait in the queue you will get an appointment it’s up to the individual I would recommend the Avisford Medical centre to everyone in the area

Stick the people with colds and such elsewhere in the waiting room , as I ended up getting a cold from another patient I had to sit next to
