Fairly easy to get an appointment through the triage system. Never had a problem with the receptionist.

1 month on still awaiting my results! Have called but waiting for a call back.

I waited a month for the appt to be greeted by a Physician's Asst. Very pleasant lady, who gave me a tutorial on how to make an average of a set of BP readings taken by me over a week. I am 78 and I do have GCE. Maths!! Taking an average of my BP readings is not why I booked my appt. I have on occasion Postural Drop. I wanted advice on how to "self care". The PA said I asked a lot of Questions...why should | not? This is preventative medicine on how to prevent a fall due to big drop in BP which will cost the NHS far more!!

Very straight forward. Surgery had consultant's letter asking for immediate blood tests. Got a text asking me to make an appointment. Appointment made in person. Couldn't have been easier.

Nothing. Impossible to improve on perfection!

My recent experience at Avisford was excellent but it was an appointment they asked me to make . It is not at all easy to try to get an appointment by phone
