I managed to get a same day appointment and was listened to in regards of not feeling well for a considerable amount of time

I do understand and appreciate the challenges of calling for the same day doctor’s appointment. I was on the phone for 30 min before getting through. That may be the only thing that could have been better, but appreciate the challenges.

I usually use econsult and very rarely have a problem, but then have not really needed an immediate appointment. If I did or any time I have tried to call for my mother, it can be difficult to get through and then when you do, all appointments have been taken, hence why I generally use econsult.

Have more pre-bookable apts available.

All staff are amazing, all incredibly helpful, kind and reassuring.
