With the exception of having to hang on the telephone initially, sometimes 10-15 minutes. Once through reception staff could not be more helpful. Overall very pleased with my care at Avisford

Quite a long time to wait in the telephone system especially when you are 44th waiting. I usually hang up at that point. Re call some time later.

Always over 20 in front of me when I call to get an apt. Easier to go there and do it in person.
