Was easy to get an appointment. Very nice nurse who always listens and cares. Helpful and addressed all my concerns re medication etc.

I phoned mid Miranda spoke to an operator straight away , but the earliest appointment wasn’t for a month .
It was very helpful being asked what I wanted the appointment for , so that I was able to see the right person for my problem .

Staff are alway very helpful. Sometime it is difficult to get an appointment. Can be waiting on the phone for a long time (30mins plus) to be answered

It took 40 mins to get through at 14.30 to make the appointment.

Went for a blood test. Seen on time. Clinician friendly and efficient. Didn't even feel a prick on the arm. Neither blood nor bruising seen at the treatment site. All very good.
Tried phoning a couple of times in the afternoon to arrange this appointment but gave up both times after waiting for a while so went to the surgery and was able to make an appointment without waiting.
