I waited on the phone for an hour and a half.

Sent an appointment out with the letter informing me I needed to have an annual review with email options to change it if not appropriate

Used E consult and found it very efficient was offered a face to face appointment with in the week .

I was advised to use the walk in X rayfacility at Bognor memorial hospital . My instructions for accessing this service were a little vague but the staff at the surgery and X-ray unit were very helpful and I was seen promptly.

I was given an appointment with a doctor after a blood test on the day of asking. Both were completed satisfactorily.

I can't think of anything to improve the service

I had to wait approx 4 weeks to get an appointment

I think as a patient you should be able to book your own non emergency appointment. Pay £5.00 as a nominal fee as you would a seat on a train 10/15 minutes slot! That money could be reinvested onto the practice. You also need to ask the question on this form are you a veteran of HM Forces

Difficult to get through sometimes, this occasion not too bad but previously been waiting a long time

I was referred to Middleton surgery for health check because they had a blood test machine that gave results there & then but when I attended I was told they don’t do that anymore! Also, it wasn’t a FULL health check as specified by NGS - I had no weight check, no height check, no urinalysis check for diabetes or anything else present. All what was done was 3 questions, BP check & blood test for cholesterol, which also left me with a bruise on both arms!
