Receptionist(male) was very nice and empathetic when I rang in the morning to book my appointment, I felt very reassured.
This was my second time seeing Dr Bansil and I felt like he listened to everything I had to say and didn’t interrupt, asking relevant questions and again, very reassuring. It was a good experience overall.
