There was no service, I felt sorry for the poor receptionists who are employed just to sit around being unhelpful, not even able to provide the most basic service: book an appointment.

Good service excellent and friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Always have time for the patients. Best practice I have been registered with.

Even phoning at 08.10 I was number 10 in the queue. By the time the call was answered after 30 minutes there were only appointments available with 1 doctor. So does that mean there were only 12 other appointments available before mine??

People are wise to phoning early and getting in the queue. More appointments need to be available for booking on the day

I rang on Friday 26.4.24 and had 40 callers before me. I ended up getting a call back from a paramedic. I rang yesterday 29.4.24 and was 56th in the queue. I feel that the surgery is being overwhelmed with calls due to all the new people in the area. There are a lot of new houses being built in the area. The Avisford surgery may need some more staff. They do a phenomenal job considering how the community is growing. I am really pleased with the service they provide me with when I can get through.

You just need more staff to cope with the fast growing community.
