The phone queue is too long, I used to be able to book online which was much easier. I have spent one and a half hours getting through recently, which is difficult when you are feeling very ill with asthma.

Suggested improvements
It would be helpful to patients with respiratory conditions to book online again, as it can be a struggle to speak at times.
