I do not access the surgery very often to request an appointment but when I have the queue time and wait on the phone is very long and I have been waiting for 25 minutes on one occassion then to be advised there were no appointments available and I should have telephoned earlier.

Suggested improvements
More timely answering of the phone however, I am fully aware of the pressures and constraints on the NHS and GP availability.
