Sitting as a patient listening to the receptionist on Friday hoping the phone lines would go down so not having to take calls while talking about her previous holidays is not great when you as a user hang on for sometimes over 40 minutes waiting for the phone to be answered.

The whole practice is run for the practice benefit not for the client.
