It’s quite frustrating having to wait so long for the phones to be answered. Recently I had to wait more than 20 minutes just to make an appointment to have routine bloods done. Around the same time my daughter had to wait for more than an hour before she could make her own appointment. I have to confess that I was long overdue to have my bloods done because of being put off by the phone waiting times.

Answer the phones in less than 15 minutes.
