It's usually a long wait on the telephone trying to make an appointment. I was at the surgery anyway and the receptionist was very helpful arranging next appointment.

It would be great to wait less time (usually 20-30 minutes) to get an answer on the phone - but realise this is because the centre is very busy with increasing numbers of residents in our area.
