It is virtually impossible to get an appointment I usually don’t bother and wait until my symptoms are bad enough to go to a&e which is disgusting. I reacently went into the surgery in so much pain I was crying but no appointment was given. Once I was called by a paramedic in the surgery who said to me she didn’t know why she was calling me as I saw a doctor the previous day I said doctor said if symptoms worsened to call she was so rude I was frightened I went to a&e they said I was right to come in as my symptoms could have been due to sepsis when u get to see a doctor they are good but there is no chance most times which is very sad and worrying due to my age I may need a doctor more and I’m scared if I do they will not be able to see me

Suggested improvements
Given me an appointment first been more sympathetic and never use paramedics they have no customer care skills
