Due to having to call on the day for an appointment. Sometimes I can’t call at that time as I am working. However the staff are very helpful when you call in by phone or in person. It’s not a reflection of any of the staff, it’s the system, but there does need to be a system so I guess there is little that could be done to improve this

Suggested improvements
The nurse who took my bloods was great. She was friendly and professional. My appointment was very smooth. I don’t know her name but if possible I’d like her to be personally thanked on my behalf.
