my experience on the phone or in the surgery has always been extremely helpful Sometimes you can phone at 8:30 in the morning and be number 38 in the queue but still manage too get an appointment.

i feel that from my phone call to seeing the nurse to have my wound cleaned and dressed. I was made to feel very welcome and had a very pleasant experience
