Receptionist not helping at all. In the top of that body language need to be improving when you working in Health industry. Very disappointed about few receptionists staff.
Suggested improvements
Trainings, communication, empatie to all visitors / patients when coming to see a Doctor or NP. Care staff very polite and helpful.
