Phone waiting about 10 to 15 minutes but very good when answered.

Suggested improvements
I've only just discovered the App. which was very useful. Especially to find that my recent tests showed nothing to worry about. Could anything be done to encourage more use of the App? Advertising it more? Encourage using Email to request advice about symptoms?
