Getting through to make appointments is incredibly hard. The surgery phone lines are often very very busy. Not providing a modern alternative I.e online booking is very frustrating. Especially been neurodivergent and find phone calls difficult. I have also been made to feel that I am just irritating the receptionist which makes me feel aweful.
