Couldn't wait for 44 other calls to be answered before mine the first time tried for an appointment. The second day, I waited over half an hour but did get an appointment. Reception staff are doing their best. I have since used econsult and it was very efficient.

Suggested improvements
Sometimes, appointments for menstrual symptoms need to be on a certain day of the month but staff are unable to book appointments for example in 2 weeks time.
