Atrocious receptionist and waiting time on hold to get through. Was also cut off/phone put down as the call was finally answered and I had to redial. Receptionist quite unhelpful. I didn’t feel they wanted to help.
Actual appointment with paramedic was good. Really thought they wanted to help me.
Suggested improvements
Better customer/patient care skills training for reception team. An understanding that you wouldn’t be calling unless there was a problem that needed medical care.
A better, easier way of booking an appointment. Waiting time on phone much too long.
