My expectations were completely met.

Suggested improvements
I had to wait about 20mins on the phone before I spoke to the receptionist. I expected a wait so planned thevrumemof my call so that it did not inconvenience anything else I was doing or anyone I was speaking to. Some people may find that difficult to achieve during your opening times.
