I was texted on the morning of my appointment to tell me it was cancelled. I tried several times through the day to get through to rebook (13th in the queue, then 13th, 19th, 10th, 10th eventually at the end of the day 6th). It took 20 minutes to speak to someone from only 6th in the queue. I really think it would be polite and more efficient to call people if you are cancelling an appointment for that day. Then an appointment can be rescheduled at the same time. If you don’t answer, fine, send a text. The inability to book appointments online is frustrating. As is the message with don’t call at 8am, only call after 8.30, for such and such after 11am, reduced staff from 12-2, blah blah blah. However when I eventually spoke to someone, she was helpful and sounded pleased that I wasn’t shouting at her!

Suggested improvements
Please sort out an online appointment booking system. It’s a nightmare trying to get through and I don’t work in a job where I can sit on hold for 40 minutes just to book an appointment.
