I found the general nursing staff very pleasant and helpful, getting medication was a joke. I was onstructed to collect from Yapton after 4.30, went there at 4.50. The pharmacy said they had no perscription for me and ghey couldn t help. Went back to Surgery and learn t it was going pharmacy to u and would be 3 or 4 days. So I went back home and was then informed there was a perscription at Yapton pharmacy. Went back there at 5.30 and was told I would ave to wait because They were short staffed. , there was only 2 of them. People kept coming in and getting their medications and I kept waiting and eventually a third prrson appeared with my anti biotics After waiting for a long time I felt if I was an inconvenience

Suggested improvements
The biggest problems for us as a patient is not the actual treatment but when one as 10 mins to make an appointment and you could wait much longer because of the queue but when you go into the surgery the 3 receptionists are talking without the phones ringing yet if I was to ring I would be placed in a queue and the pharmacy could be more customer friendly
