As I hate needles giving blood is quite an issue for me but nurse (Jill I believe, I can never remember names) put me at ease, I had a few questions which she answered fully, also I'm totally aware how busy they are but not at any time did I feel hurried. IT was a pleasant experience, apart from the needle. The receptionist was also very helpful, I had a delicate issue that needed a Doctors appointment so the need for diplomacy and tack was important and she sorted it all discreetly Brilliant. When I arrived home she phoned to say they had a cancellation so would I like to come in a few days earlier so I wouldn't worry over the weekend, you cant get any better service.

Suggested improvements
Only one thing concerned me, as I had arrived early I sat in the waiting area for my time I was aware of the people arriving at reception and being able to hear a lot of their health problems, pills needed, want this or that to be treated, saw the Doctor last week and he said, etc etc I have very poor hearing but was still able to hear quite a lot, the whole reception/ waiting area echoes. After my appointment I had to book a Doctors appointment so I was very aware that the people would be able to hear my problem but as I've mentioned above your receptionist was extremely professional and with sign language and whispering we managed it.
