When trying to get an appointment on the Wednesday called at 8.30 I was 29th in the queue, by the time I got through there were no appointments. Having explained my child is asthmatic and her saturation levels were very low, the receptionist told me there was nothing she could do. I would have thought the least she could have done was got a gp to call me back to make any decision. The upshot was my child was taken by ambulance that day to hospital after calling 111. Disbelief that a receptionist made the decision there was nothing they could do for my child. VERY POOR

Got a professional to call me and make a decision to see my child or advise taking er to a&e which is where we ended up on that same day the receptionist was unable to give her an appointment or any call back.
