It is always difficult to get an appt even when ringing at 08:30 exactly. 20-30 minute wait and then no appts left.

Suggested improvements
Need to have more than one person answering the phone at 8:30, travelling to work for 9 is impossible if waiting up to 45 mins to be picked up.
