Waited an hour in an empty waiting room. Receptionist disinterested as I had interrupted their chat. Told me there was one more to see before me, which was blatantly untrue as waiting room was empty. Then when eventually seen, got told the person before took a little longer than expected, despite them not being in the waiting room when I arrived.

Suggested improvements
Improved communication. Better informed reception staff. If I were late I wouldn't be seen, but expecting someone to just wait for an hour is really rude. Its rare I have the flexibility to wait that long, but if I had to leave it would have been me at fault!
