I have twice waited in a queue on the phone ( starting as caller number 17 and 19 ) only to be cut off when I reached third place. I then had to re call and go back to the end of the queue, only to be told when I finally got through, an hour later, that there were no more appointments available. When I queried why I'd been cut off I was told that 'it sometimes happens when you have been on the phone for so long.' This is very distressing and frustrating. On another occasion I used the touchpad to sign in. 40 minutes later I still hadnt been called in so went to the Reception desk. I was told that something must have gone wrong and the Pharmacist had not been informed that I had checked in so assuming I wasn't there, had bypassed me and seen later patients. I have never missed a planned appointment.

An apology would have been polite.
