Telephoning is hopeless. The phone system just
Doesn't work. You are 2nd in the queue and the wait time
Is 40 mins!!!???? It is easier to drive to the surgery
And make an appointment. Getting an appointment
Isn't too bad especially if you will go to either surgery.
Suggested improvements
Just sort out the phone system please.
It is a nightmare.
