I have phoned and been on hold for 29 minutes and 5th in queue. Then cut off and had to start all over again !!

Suggested improvements
Show on website when and which doctors are on duty on a calendar. This would allow non-urgent appointments for long term chronic conditions to be seen by same doctor (as reasonably as allows) giving patient continuity of care. Instead of Receptionist triaging all calls, relaying them to doctor, doctor getting back to receptionist, receptionist then talking to patient, why not all doctors triage for half hour at 8:30 to prioritise appointments and cut out back and forth between receptionist and Dr. Please note receptionist do an amazing difficult job with professionalism , this is not a criticism of them or Dr s, just a suggestion to consider??
