Spend hours on phone. You'd probably die before you get to see a doctor.

I was told over a year ago I was possibly pre diabetic. I was put on the call back register to have further blood test in May. Its now Nearly October and not heard a thing. Also on Blood pressure tablets which I was told need yearly checks! Only had 1 in 3 years now.

I avoid making any appointments as it's not as easy as before COVID

To make an appointment one needs to phone at 08.30 in the morning and this is not always possible either because the lines are busy or I'm unavailable. Future appointments should be made available to book online again

Absolutely superb surgery,very very helpful and can actually see a doctor with not a massive waiting time.I cannot praise them enough Thankyou
