I had a phone call appointment from a doctor at this practice who professes to have an interest in women's health. She was rude, talked over me, offered me something to read (!) and got very aggressive when I persisted to ask for help. Shockingly bad. And you wonder why women go private for menopause help?

Have some empathy - women can really suffer with menopause.

Great surgery, but not always easy to get an appointment without insisting

I have been a patient at Aston Clinton Surgery for over 20 years now. It is a small Surgery and the staff are very friendly and efficient. The only downfall is the very old magazines in reception, which could do with a cull.
