1)Pleasant, helpful receptionists.
2)Pleasant caring nurses - Alison.
3)Exceptional, caring Dr Alison Anderson. Down to earth, sensible attitude, great listening skills and a sense of humour. Follows through referrals, treats me with respect.
In the past I have been quite happy with the service but unfortunately last Wednesday afternoon 13/5 both receptionists were very unhelpful and extremely rude, they actually whispered across to one another in front of me. I was appalled by this terrible customer service. Another relative of my family has also had similar experiences recently where they have made it clear that they are so busy and stressed with the phones ringing, they haven't got time to help and didn't offer to look into a situation and call back. This isn't referring to all the receptionists, some are most helpful, it's just a couple who let the surgery down. If these ladies are so stressed they should not be dealing with patients and are clearly in the wrong job.
The doctors are patient and give sufficient time at each appointment.
I have a pre-booked appointment every month which gives a feeling of security.
There is no rationing of the number of problems I wish to talk about. Each problem is considered with expertise, and a possible remedy is suggested even if it only a trial
The nurses are excellent.
The visiting consultants for a hospital visit.
I don't think anything could be improved.
Good nurses very quick.
