The friendly and understanding nature of the staff. It is however frustrating that appointments for a doctor have to be booked on the day rather than the previous one as it can be for the nurse.

Dr Raja today (12/7/16), was excellent with my 6month old baby. Very very thorough yet gentle examination, she found symptoms that hospital hadn't identified. I'm pleased to say that within 1.5hrs of seeing this GP, my baby was comfortable again, feeding and passing urine again.

This practice could well provide the blueprint for which GP surgeries can aspire. The Reception staff are fantastic, always helpful in any way they can be. It has mostly been possible to see my own GP and, where not, I have been able to see another doctor of my choice. An excellent practice.

Not too long wait. Appointment on same day. Doctor took me seriously. Doctor sought help from senior doctor appropriately; so I got the right help. Doctor treated me professionally and did not brush me off. Appropriate medication and treatment given: I got better.
