About getting appointments!
- Very good fro emergency app and routine app.
However, if you also need to see a doctor without being an emergency (feel sorry to take and emergency app for something that can wait few days) you may not be able to wait for 2 weeks as it's often the case.
Need to offer app.

Privacy needed at reception desk somekind of system to afford privacy when speaking to receptionist.
