Such a shame the system is so overloaded and despite initially calling 111 who advised I should see my Doctor, no appointment was available and a message came through to go the Urgent Care adding further burden to the system. Reception was good but a little confusing as to where to sit and wait. Lots of people walking around with clip boards who were not actually doing much. Triage nurse was great and efficient. Saw Doctor who then referred me to another Doctor for further tests. Bloods taken and then had to sit and wait for discharge until results came back. All in all a very lengthy process but understandable given the ridiculous targets the NHS is set by Jeremy Hunt and Crew.
