This new system is a real joke. Its like trying to get in Fort Knox. Who every thought this system up its terrible you got to fill form in on line then it says youre request will be looked at in next 2 days. Its a shamble. No wonder my mates doctors down south tried this system and gone back to how it used to be.

  • Yes get rid of this new system. Its as if youre getting fobbed off trying to get an appointment its ridiculous how youre treated now. Hope it goes back to how it was because this system is terrible how can some body decide if you can have an appointment or not when they dont even know the patient or cant even see them to see whats wrong. Its a farse.

The new triage system is a joke where it’s become impossible to speak to qualified medical professionals. Instead robotic reception staff repeat the same inane information that isn’t relevant to the situation. The triaging doctor refused to listen and prescribed medication in a low dose that has never works but, according to him, will work this time. No wonder he’s the only doctor who’s always available to speak to. Needed an urgent referral doing and told to fill out the triage form and take up a 3rd appointment but no appointment or no doctor to speak to. No referral getting done. Waste of time.

  • Listen to patients who know their body best and if 2 medical professionals say an urgent referral is needed - do it.

Mr Warsi and the nurse were very friendly and efficient, best appt I’ve ever attended.

The visit was very efficient, nurse and doctor friendly and personable. With good advice and no time waiting around. Nurse Hillary was very friendly and helpful. Mr Warsi was very thorough and friendly throughout, without bombarding me with medical jargon.

My name is Pat Blackburn and I have just recovered from feeling very unwell for a couple of weeks and I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone at the Health centre for the fantastic care, advice and support I received. In particular I would like to say a huge thank you to Dr Sarah Adams who was so helpful, supportive and reasssuring in responding so rapidly and brilliantly to my calls. Also, a big thank you to two other doctors I spoke to : dr Eccles and am afraid I didn’t catch the name of the third doctor. They too were both so helpful and reassuring. You have a brilliant team there and I feel so lucky to be a patient in your practice. Thank you too to the receptionists who have all been great too.
