GPs are excellent. They listen and do what they can to respond in a timely fashion. It is however very difficult to see the specific doctor who has been handling your care. They are overloaded. When you do see them they are great. The nurses are likewise excellent and always give professional trusted advice in a timely and sympathetic manner. The practice goes out of its way to be as kind and professional as possible
