The Surgery

Dr Seth is so so lovely. Genuinely lovely GP. Helpful, kind and nothing feels like a burden. Smart, switched on and love to see him. It takes 3 weeks to get an appointment to see him though. IF it's not urgent I always try and see him. Dr Shareef is awful. Rude, condescending and makes you feel like you've done something wrong. You can get same day appointments with him. Staff here are really hit and miss. Some are excellent. There is one lady from the far East who answers the phone who is so bad that I thought I was going to be on a hidden camera show to show my incredulous reaction at her incompetence. This is a bizarre surgery and really hit and miss.
