The Halfway Surgery

Since being taken over this surgery has declined. They have now closed it without informing the patients. No communication whatsoever. Extremely poor service

I have been in hospital with a very life threatening illnesses. Was referred back to the GP for monitoring and haven’t been seen yet.

Appointment hard to see doctor face to face and surgery kept changing them .

Had a phone conversation with a doctor. She was very helpful, understanding and empathetic. I got sent a text to let me know the date of appointment. Very easy and helpful

I spoke to receptionist initially who booked me appointment with specialist speedily and efficiently. She was friendly and helpful. Paige I believe her name was. The doctor I spoke to rang and was knowledgable, insightful and sent me follow up info straight away. I felt heard, understood and informed by someone who knew what they were talking about.
