Very poor service: impossible to get a face to face appointment Today spent 1 hour 15 minutes on phone to get through to reception ( this is not the first time even before COVID)- from 5 th in the queue to no.1

Suggested improvements

More then 1 person to answer phones especially as this appears to be one of the only ways to speak to someone; Staff to be trained in customer care Revert back to online appointment booking
