Used to be decent however the long standing partner who was holding it together is gone. It’s now run by one of the old locums who is never there. The doctors are all locums and they are all disinterested. The best thing for this practice is to close down. What will the nhs do if something happens to this ghost partner??? Do the nhs have a plan? Keep well away, absolute shambles

Since Dr Muir retired and Dr Waldin left the surgery has gone downhill. Different doctors all the time, who speak like robots on the phone, sharp and unwilling to listen or to make referrals pass the buck to other clinics, have to be pushed to do so. But quick to put you on medication that you probably don't need. I am going to look for another doctor. Avoid if you care about your health. The only redeeming factor for the surgery are the reception staff who are courteous and helpful. The same can't be said about the new doctors

What happened to this surgery ? Most of the staff that we know, Doctors , Nurses and Receptionist have left in a last few years , either retired or changed surgery . They have Pharmacist on a premises now. What a shambles , stopped my medicine for no reason or send wrong one for me to collect in a pharmacy . Useless and annoying, not to mention dangerous. Today they stopped my medicine again and I have to worry if by tomorrow I ll get it . It us not possible to talk to this dazed and confused Pharmacist.

G.p. not rang me at agree telephone consultation appointment time. I have chased the surgery three times . The surgery informs me the agreed appointment time is only a guide and the g.p. could ring anytime. I understand delays but it's three hours late. I cannot be on standby by my phone for the whole day . This is causing anxiety and not aiding recovery. I have to inform my NHS employer of my g.p. consultant outcome to enable them to plan essential patient care in my absence, therefore the g.p.s disregard of mutually agreed appointment is impacting many others.

Amazing service from this practice "Belgrave Medical Centre", 13 Pimlico road. I live in Dorset and my partner lives in London and uses this surgery. My surgery in Dorset could not give me the vaccinations I needed in time for a trip to Ethiopia. My partner asked the nurse who was looking after him, Vimi Deakin and she suggested I could use their surgery as a temporary patient. I was thrilled with that news but when I turned up the nurse was unfortunately ill. Immediately I was told that Doctor Muir would see me. How amazing, she gave me my jabs as well as very sensible advice on how to keep healthy while in Africa. AMAZING service, thank you, thank you. Françoise W
