All the reception staff and the Doctors are superb, polite, caring, and sympathetic, what more can I say. Never any problem with getting an emergency appointment, keep it up BEECHES SURGERY, from a very grateful patient.

I have found all the staff,nurses and doctors very polite and competent.sure sometimes the doctors run late that's part of life especially as they are so busy, overall i find the surgery very good,iv'e been going there for more than 30years if i did not like it i would have left years ago.

Doctors are always late for an appointment that you have booked. You can wait any where from 20 mins- 1 hour 15 mins. You have to wait a week + for an appointment unless u say it's an emergency when you call at 8am
